Processing & Shipment Timeline
Please anticipate that it may take 3-7 business days for us to process and ship your order. All quoted shipping times should be added to this processing period.

Shipping Methods & Tracking

• We ship via USPS and will send tracking information via email at the time of shipment for packages sent via First Class or Priority Mail.

Shipping Agreements

• The customer confirms they have provided a correct and secure mailing address.
• The customer agrees not to hold NaturePad LIMITED responsible for packages lost or damaged by USPS.
• The customer understands that we are not responsible for any package stolen from the customer’s address.
• Refunds will not be issued for items lost or damaged by USPS, as we follow USPS shipping standards to ensure safe delivery.
• Customers are responsible for filing claims with USPS for damaged or lost packages.
• If the tracking states “delivered,” but the package is not received, NaturePad LIMITED is not liable. USPS has successfully delivered to the specified address.
• For international orders: packages do not include insurance or tracking beyond the US border. No refunds are issued for damages, customs seizures, or loss.
• All customers, domestic and international, are responsible for following their own country’s regulations regarding the products purchased.
• International customers are responsible for paying any applicable import taxes or duties.
